MoreAmerican Express Traveler's Cheques - Available to all Sooper Credit Union members for a fee of $1 per $100 worth of checks. There is no fee for members with Direct Deposit, $5,000 on deposit, or S.M.A.R.T. Club members. Checks are available in three denominations: $20s, $50s, or $100s packaged in various amounts.
Certified checks - Available to members for a $2 fee. They can be made payable to a third party and guarantee funds for recipient. Stop payments can NOT be placed on certified checks.
