Are eStatements safe and secure?

Yes, your eStatement is stored behind a firewall and is transmitted to your internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

Can I change the email address where my notifications are being sent?

Yes, log in to Online or Mobile Banking, select “Transactions” and click on “eStatements.” In your eStatement portal, select “My Profile” and enter your new email address and click “Save.”

What software do I need to view my eStatements?

You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher to view your eStatements.

Can I receive a paper statement and an eStatement?

No. You can either receive a paper statement or an eStatement. Once you register for eStatements you will no longer receive paper statements.

How long will each eStatement be available?

After you enroll in eStatements, each eStatement will be available for two years. If you need a copy of a statement faxed or mailed to you for a specific period, please call (303) 427-5005 or toll-free at (888) SOOPER1 during normal business hours.

How can I stop receiving eStatements and switch back to paper statements?

You can switch back to paper statements anytime. Log in to Online or Mobile Banking, select “Transactions” and click on “eStatements.” In your eStatement portal, select “My Profile” and there you can choose to receive printed statements. Your cancellation request will take effect immediately.
