NEED HELP LOGGING IN? PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
IF YOU HAVE USED SOOPER CREDIT UNION'S ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM BEFORE (FORMERLY CALLED MONEYLINE) PLEASE FOLLOW THE LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
- Enter your Login ID (This will be your member number)
- Check "I am a First Time User." Click Login
- Select a phone number or email address at which you would like to receive your Secure Access Code. Click Continue
- NOTE: A Secure Access Code is a six-digit number that is sent to your email address or phone number to confirm your identity. The Secure Access Code expires after 30 minutes so if you request the access code and do not enter it into Online Banking within 30 minutes, you will have to request a new code to complete your login.
- From your Phone or Email - Get your one-time Secure Access Code.
- Enter the Secure Access Code. Click Continue
- Read the "Welcome First Time User" message. Click I Accept
- Update your Online Profile Information (email, address, phone number, etc.) Click Create Profile
- Enter a password (you may create a new password or use your former mONey LINE password).
- Confirm the password by entering your password again in the "Confirm Password" field. Click Continue
Please note that the second time you attempt to login to Online Banking, you will again be asked to enter a Secure Access Code. Once you enter the Secure Access Code a second time, you will be asked if you would like to register your computer for later use. If you are using a private computer that you will use regularly to access Online Banking, you may activate your browser for future reference by clicking the "Activate this computer for later use" button. If you are at a public computer, select the "One Time Access" button and your computer will not be activated. If you select the "One Time Access" button, you will need to submit a new Secure Access Code upon each login to Online Banking.
