Overview - Displays all of your current accounts, the dates on which they were last updated, and the available and current balances.
History - Displays all of your account details. Simply select an account from the drop down menu to view the account's:
- Available Balance
- Current Balance
- Last Statement Balance
- Interest Rate
- Last Transaction Date
- All transactions within the account selected
Online Activity - Displays your activity within the Online Banking system. Using the provided drop down menu, you can choose to see transactions organized by any of the following categories:
Statements - View and or download your e-statements. You can choose to download your statements as either a PDF or an image file.
Funds Transfer - Create a one-time transfer or recurring transfers to and from accounts. You can specify a start and end date and choose to repeat the transfer either monthly or weekly. Additionally, you can add a short description to keep your transfers organized.
Recurring - Displays all of the recurring transactions you've set up. You can then choose to cancel a recurring transfer or print out the details of a recurring transfer.
Check Withdrawal - Allows you to send yourself a check.
Add External Account - Add accounts from other financial institutions by entering in the account number, routing number and account type.
Member to Member Transfer - Make a single transfer to another Sooper Credit Union account holder or link another account holder's account to your Online Banking login (for deposit purposes only).
Messages - Displays any Online Banking notifications and allows you to contact Sooper Credit Union directly for questions or support.
Change of Address - Have you moved recently? Submit an address change and update Sooper with your new contact information.
Stop Payment - Lose a check or just need to stop a payment? Select the account, enter the check number, payee, the amount and the date written.
Check Reorder - Need more checks? Click the Check Reorder option.
Sooper View - Designed to help you stay in control of your finances, this account aggregator allows you to view both your income and expenses, as well as track your checking, savings, credit card, loan, investment and reward account balances. You can also budget goals for your most common expenses.
Account - Choose the order in which you want your accounts to display. You can also enter a nickname for each account and the number of items (transactions) you want displayed for that specific account.
Alerts - Receive alerts via text message, email or by phone call. Set alerts to notify you when the criteria for a specific alert is met, including:
- Low balance alerts
- Transaction alerts
- History alerts
- Calendar date alerts
Security - This option allows you to:
- Change your current password
- Change your Login ID
- Create a phishing phrase for added protection
- Edit secure delivery methods or contact information including phone number, text number and email address
- Add or remove security alerts
User - Allows you to change your contact information.
Mobile - Change and edit capabilities that tie back to your mobile device.
- Mobile Environment - Use your mobile web browser for banking purposes. From this screen you can enable access for your mobile device.
- Mobile Authorizations - This is where you will set up your Mobile Authorization Code (MAC). You must create a MAC code in order to make transactions within the SooperMobile app.
- Text Banking - Enable and authorize text banking by entering in your mobile device telephone number and agreeing to the terms.
Custom Settings - You can choose to change the overall look and feel of Sooper's online banking system from this screen. The "theme" is simply the way the system displays you can choose to enable classic view or use the default theme.
