What is an E-Statement?

An E-Statement is an electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly statement, which will take the place of your mailed paper statement.

Is my E-Statement secure and safe?

Yes, your statement is stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

How much does Sooper Credit Union's E-Statement service cost?

There is no charge for Sooper Credit Union's E-Statement service.

How do I sign up for E-Statement?

To sign up for E-Statement, simply click on the "E-Statement" button located in Sooper mONey LINE. Complete the required information and submit your enrollment request. We will send an email confirmation to confirm that we received the enrollment form and the account will be set up in one business day.

Why do I have to give my email address to sign up for E-Statement?

You will be notified via email when your E-Statement is ready to be viewed.

I wasn't receiving paper statements before, and now my E-Statement signup request won't go through. How do I sign up?

Call 303-427-5005 or toll-free at 1-888-SOOPER-1, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon. If you have previously requested to stop receiving mail from us, or we do not have your current mailing address on file, your signup request will not go through until you speak with a Member Service Representative.

How do I access my E-Statement?

Each month, you will receive an email notifying you that your E-Statement is ready to view. You can access
E-Statements through the link in your email or go to www.soopercu.org, login to Sooper mONey LINE and click the "E-Statements" button.

Will my E-Statement be available if for some reason I don't receive my email notification?

Yes. Your actual E-Statement is independent of your email notification. If you do not receive your email notification, please login to the E-Statement signup and make sure we have your current email address on file.

What do I need to view my E-Statement online?

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.01 or later to view your e-Statement.

What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that you can download.

How do I print my E-Statement?

Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, select the printer icon. You can either print the entire statement or just a particular page.

Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, select the diskette icon. You will be prompted to save the file to a designated location on your computer.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement?

No, you can either receive a paper statement or an electronic statement. You cannot receive both. Once you register for E-Statement, you will no longer receive paper statements.

When will my next E-Statement be available?

Your e-Statement will be available during the first week of the statement cycle.

Can I get my E-Statement emailed to me instead?

No, your E-Statement cannot be emailed to you at this time.

How long will each E-Statement be available?

After you sign up, each E-Statement will be available for a period of 24 months. If you need a copy of a statement faxed or mailed to you for a specific period, please call 303-427-5005 or toll-free at 1-888-SOOPER-1, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

What if I want to cancel the E-Statement service?

You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel E-Statement, go back to the
E-Statement Tab and select the "Stop Service" option. Your cancellation request will take effect immediately. Upon resuming paper statements, you may be subject to monthly and/or annual fees. Please ask for details.

What accounts can I view with my E-Statement?

E-Statement is available for all of your Sooper Credit Union account activity (savings, checking, etc.) Credit card statements are not available at this time.

Can my E-Statement information be exported to other programs?

No, Sooper Credit Union's E-Statement cannot be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. An E-Statement can only be saved as a PDF file.
